  1. 1. Prepare bread Brush 1 tsp of prepared seasoned oil on one side of each whole panini bread round. Place prepared bread rounds on a sheet pan "oiled" sides down. 2. Assemble. To assemble each sandwich: Place 2 oz. of cheese, (about 1/2 cup or #8 scoop), 1/4 cup Roated Italian vegetables (#16 scoop) on top of one prepared panini bread round half, "oiled" size down. Fold in half. 3. Toast Toast the folded sandwiches using one of the methods below: OVEN: Place assembled sandwiches on sheet pans and toast in a preheated 400 degree F oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted. FOREMAN GRILL: Place assembled sandwiches in a pre-heated GRILL and press for about 2 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
