  1. 1. Wash fresh vegetables before prepping. Prepare vegetables per ingredient descriptions. Try to make vegetable cuts as uniform as possible to ensure consistent cooking. 2. Add oil to skillet or wok - if cooking in a wok, cook in batches of no more than 4-5 servings at a time. Add vegetables and stir vigorously on high heat for 3-4 mins before adding the sauce. Add sauce and cook on high for additional 1-3 minutes. 3. Add sauce at the end after you turn the heat off. Sauce can be of your choice. This recipes is spec'd with Soy but you can use Teriyaki, Sweet and Sour, Plum… you may need to add a little water as needed to keep from sticking in skillet.
