This is another great Stromboli classic. This is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. This can be served as a meal or as an appetizer. Very easy recipe to make, I enjoy making this with the kids.

Roasted Vegetable Stromboli
This is another great Stromboli classic. This is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. This can be served as a meal or as an appetizer. Very easy recipe to make, I enjoy making this with the kids.

  1. 1. Prepare dough. Place dough on sprayed pan. 2. Add vegetables. Distribute 2 cups of roasted vegetable mixture along one of the longer edges of the dough. Add 1 cup fresh spinach over the roasted vegetables. 3. Add cheeses. Add 4 oz Monterrey Jack, 8 oz mozzarella, and 4 oz. cheddar over the vegetable fillings. 4. Roll and brush. Roll in Stromboli form. Seal the ends by pinching together. Brush top with seasoned oil mixture (by combining the olive oil with the italian seasoning). 5. Bake, cut and serve. Bake by sight and by checking internal temperature. Check 5 minute intervals. Adjust time and temperature accordingly. Convection Oven: 350 F for 15-20 minutes Conventional Oven: 400 F for 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then cut into 8 pieces. Pizza Dough Crust can be found at most major grocery stores
