1. Place thawed flatbreads on sheet pans that have been lined with parchment paper. Brush each sheet with the olive oil and sprinkle them with the grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of granulated garlic.
2. Spread the pizza sauce over the entire surface of the flatbread sheet. Spread the shredded cheese over top of the entire flatbread surface. Add the tomato slices over the cheese in a 3 x 3 array.
3. Sprinkle the dried basil leaves over top of the entire topped flatbread sheet. Place topped flatbreads in a preheated 400 degree F oven for approximately 9-12 minutes, or until the
cheese has melted. Cut each flatbread into 3 equal sized pieces (each piece 4" x 12").
