1. Prepare dough. Place dough(s) on sprayed pan(s). Mix the italian herb blend with the olive oil.
2. Add fillings
Add 1 pound of cheese along one of the longer edges of the dough. Add the frozen drained broccoli over the cheese.
3 Roll and brush
Roll in stromboli form. Seal the ends by pinching together. Brush top with seasoned oil mixture.
4 Bake, cut and serve
Bake by sight and by checking internal temperature. Check 5 minute intervals. Adjust time and temperature accordingly.
Convection Oven: 350 F for 15-20 minutes
Conventional Oven: 400 F for 30 minutes.
Allow to rest for 5 mintues, then cut into 8 pieces.
